Launch is on Wednesday April 30, 2025. We are hoping to do a one-day launch this year. Because the launch is on Wednesday, we appreciate that many skippers will not be able to attend. We are organizing the launch so that we will be able to launch all boats regardless of whether the skippers are able to attend or not.

Shift times:

Morning shift: 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM (please ensure you arrive early for shift start)

Afternoon shift: 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM

Notes:

First time volunteering? This guide will tell you what to expect on launch / haulout

Lead sling handlers will be registered separately. A waitlist for filled-up roles will be available. All positions will be confirmed by email closer to haul-out.

Please wear safety gear (provided) and weather-appropriate clothing. Sling handlers should wear gloves and steel toe boots.

Our club is near the foot of Dowling Avenue, on the water's edge between Argonaut Rowing Club and the Boulevard Club. To park, turn south onto Net Drive from Lake Shore.
