Remove Air Conditioner, Add Window and Patch window closure at east wall

This is a self directed project requiring good basic carpentry and finishing skills to be carried out prior to June 20, 2022

• Remove and discard window air conditioner at east wall of kitchen
• Frame opening to accept provided reused window
• install window, sealing all edges of window to window closure framing, and install provided steel bar protection
• repaint all exterior affected surfaces using two coats of provided paint
• clean brushes and work area
