A general meeting of members will be held on Monday, February 22, 2021 at 7:00 p.m.  The general meeting will be an entirely virtual meeting in order to comply with COVID-19 pandemic regulations.  Details about how to connect to the general meeting will be sent by Friday, February 12, 2021.

The business to be transacted at the general meeting will include presentation and approval of the 2020/2021 budget.  Further information, including formal notice and agenda and a form of proxy will be sent by Friday, February 12, 2021.

All members are welcome and encouraged to attend.  Only Senior members who are  in good standing are entitled to vote at the general meeting.  Any Senior member who is not able to attend may be represented at the general meeting by granting a proxy to another Senior member who is eligible to vote.
